Electronics.
"The study of the design of circuits using transistors and microchips, and with the behaviour and movement of electrons in a semiconductor, conductor, vacuum, or gas."
The idea of this website is to provide a place for me to compile all the super-curricular research and wider reading I have done in Physics. It is also a place for you, dear reader, to explore the subject I love so much. I hope reading this page inspires you to immerse yourself in this fascinating subject.
For the sake of organisation and readability my notes have been split into several chapters as seen below. Each chapter is unique and covers a different branch of physics - none of which require any previous knowledge. However, it is strongly advised that you read the chapter on Special Relativity before you read the one on General Relativity as the two are closely linked.
In order to make the Grail Diary more accessible, minimal maths is used in the chapters, a conceptual understanding is prioritised. The maths that explains much of the other chapters is found in 'Maths in Physics', but it is strongly advised that you read the conceptual explanations found in the other chapters first.
I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I have writing it!
